Reporting a bug
Please include these — with them a problem is usually fixable in one pass, without them it often is not reproducible at all:
- Which tool you were using, and what you expected to happen.
- Your phone model and Android version.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
- Whether the document was scanned, downloaded, or exported from another app.
Please do not attach confidential documents. If a specific file fails, describing it — how many pages, whether it is scanned, roughly what size — is usually enough.

Are my files really not uploaded?
Yes. Every tool runs on your device, which is also why pdfier keeps working with mobile data switched off. The only network traffic the app makes is for ads, anonymous analytics and crash reports.
Why does pdfier need camera access?
Only for the scanner. If you never scan a document you can decline the permission and every other tool still works.
How do I turn off analytics?
Settings → the analytics toggle. It controls usage analytics and crash reporting together, and takes effect immediately.
Is there a paid version?
No. All 57 tools are free with no limits and no watermark. The app is funded by the ads shown after a tool finishes.
Where did my file go after I closed the app?
Results stay in Recent until you remove them. Working copies of files you opened are cleared on next launch — so save or share anything you want to keep.
Can I use pdfier in Hindi?
Yes. Choose the language when you first open the app, or change it later in Settings.

Deleting your data
pdfier has no account and stores nothing about you on a server, so there is no account to delete. Everything the app keeps lives on your phone: uninstalling it removes all of it. To clear results without uninstalling, delete them from Recent inside the app.
